Each February, enrollment opens for the following fall.

To enroll your child, complete the enrollment form (see below) and bring or mail it to the church, together with a $60.00 enrollment fee. Your child's space is reserved once we have the form and registration fee in hand.

Sometime prior to the beginning of the school year, you'll need to take your child to your doctor, and have your doctor complete the health and immunization form, also found below. Bring or mail that form back to the church prior to the first day of school.
